Global Chairman's Message
The tremendous success of the first Bihar Science Conference, 2008 led the formation for global scientific council under auspices of BiharBrains Scholastic Center, a gyan Kendra (under BBrains Development Society). The primary objectives of this council are to organize Science Conferences, Science & technology festivals, starting R& D Centers, series of seminars and orientation programs on cutting edge technology in Bihar.
I am happy to know that the scientific council is now announcing the schedule of the second Bihar Science Conference and my heartiest congratulations to Magadh University for hosting this conference at its PG Center, College of Commerce, Patna being held on February 12-14, 2009.
As we know over 500 scientists of different parts of India and abroad gathered in the first Bihar Science Conference held at Department of Physics, Patna University on May 7-9, 2008 and took part in the scientific interaction, scientific discussions and presented their research papers. I do hope this number will be increased by 6 times in the coming second conference.
The special features of this conference are
- Mathematical Science and clinical Psychology has been added as the subject of the conference
- Technical sessions will be run in a parallel session.
I do hope, through this conference, a collaborative conduct of local research in Bihar will be created with the national/international research institute to bring synergy for sharing interdisciplinary knowledge, fostering young creative researchers who work across different faculties, and entrepreneur education based on the integration of humanities and science
